Realisation

When should you submit the final report?

For activities , we kindly request the final financial report (realisation) within three months after the activity.

For start-up costs we would like to receive the final financial report one month after the establishment of the organization. Was the application submitted after the organization was established? In that case, we kindly request the final financial report within one month after the grant has been awarded. An awarded grant for start-up costs is valid for a period of three months. If you are unable to formally establish the organisation within this period, please inform us so that we can consider extending the award period.

What should you submit?

The final report consists of:

  • the completed final report form (downloadable on this page);
  • a final budget, showing the actual costs and income;
  • copies or scans of the original receipts and invoices for the costs you incurred for the items subsidised by Student Project Fund.

Upload the complete final report via the form at the bottom of this page.

Assessment and payment

After assessing your final report, the treasurer will pay out the granted amount. The amount paid out may differ from the amount initially granted if the actual costs turned out to be lower, as Student Project Fund does not contribute to making a profit.
