Start-up costs

Student Project Fund offers student organisations the possibility to cover (part of) the costs incurred when establishing their organisation, such as notary fees and registration with the Chamber of Commerce (KvK). Below you will find the criteria for start-up costs; for activities and student parties separate criteria apply, which are set out on the relevant pages.

 

  • Location
    • The organisation is based in Amsterdam, Diemen or Amstelveen.
  • Legal form
    • The organisation must take the legal form of an association (vereniging) or foundation (stichting).
  • Target group
    • The organisation is primarily aimed at students in Amsterdam.
  • Objective
    • Contributes to Amsterdam student life in a social and/or cultural sense.
    • The objective of the organisation is feasible.
  • Connection with the UvA
    • There is a clear link with the University of Amsterdam.
  • Policy plan
    • There is a policy plan that shows the added value of the organisation.
  • Annual budget
    • The annual budget is realistic and demonstrates the viability of the organisation.
  • Student Project Fund provides a maximum of €750 per establishment.

* This subsidy application can be submitted up to six months after the establishment, but submitting it before the establishment is always preferable. Student Project Fund would also like to be informed of any changes to the content and/or any changes to the budget. Student Project Fund would also like to be informed of changes in the content of and/or a change in the budget.
