What to include with your application

To submit an application, upload the following at the bottom of this page:

• A completed application form. You can find the form at the bottom of this page, directly above the upload form.
• A budget for your activity or initiative. At the bottom of this page you will find a sample budget to check whether your own budget meets all the requirements.
• An explanation of the main items in your budget.

What else to keep in mind

• When deciding whether to award funding, Student Project Fund also considers other ways in which the activity is already sponsored by the UvA.
• Student Project Fund does not subsidise promotion costs, unless you provide a convincing justification for their specific importance.
• Student Project Fund provides a maximum of €750 per activity. We would like to hear about any changes to the budget and/or set‑up of the activity that could affect the awarded amount as soon as possible.

Assessment and payment

Student Project Fund prefers to receive applications and final reports via the online form. After you have submitted the form and we have received all documents in good order, we will confirm your application by email. We will then decide within two weeks whether the subsidy will be granted; you will also be informed of this decision by email.

The subsidy will be paid after the event or establishment has taken place and once we have received your final report. You can find more information about this on the page realisation.
